Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at contact.thepaintedthread@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or store credit.
